Unsubscribe from Mobio+
Mobio+ is a R15/day subscription service for Vodacom users. The 1st day is free. After the 1st day free period, the service is billed daily on your Vodacom Account until cancelled.
To unsubscribe, dial *135*997# from your Vodacom phone and follow the prompts to manage your content services.
Once your Mobio+ subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer be billed for Mobio+.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or if you cancelled but continued to be billed, please contact Mobio+ Customer Care.

Please include your Vodacom mobile number, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed based on your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date, and applicable Vodacom billing records. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable billing or operator process.
